Our B Corporation commitment

Challenge Factory’s focus has always been on advancing and applying our body of knowledge about careers and work. Our goal is long-term, systemic change and practical, real-world impact.

Becoming a B Corporation was a simple decision. It aligned with who we are, held us accountable, and upped our game. The certification demonstrates that we meet rigorous standards of social impact and performance, like an ISO standard.

Maintaining our B Corp status challenges us to consider how the work we do impacts our team, clients, communities, and the environment. Every day, with every engagement.

We’re scored publicly, so there is objective evidence of our commitment to purpose-driven impact. We’ve made changes to our letters of incorporation so that we now have a legal duty to consider the broader implications of what, where, why, and how we do the work we do.

As we move forward, our B Corp certification will ensure we remain focused on what matters, knowing that we’re not like other research agencies and consultancies. We are thrilled to be a member of the global B Corp community—and committed to empowering business as a force for good.

“The B Corp certification process reminded all of us why we do what we do. It provides us a framework to articulate both our values and our impact. We’ve always strived to help purpose-driven organizations and underserved populations in our communities. Now we have the data to measure and show our impact.”
