Career development

Career development best practices are critical to shaping employment, work, education, and labour markets all over the world. They represent a body of knowledge that has the potential to supercharge productivity across organizations and economies.

With funding support from CERIC, Challenge Factory published “Hidden Sector, Hidden Talent: Mapping Canada’s Career Development Sector” in 2024. The project was the first of its kind to map the size and membership of the national sector. This evidence base informs our application of career development best practices inside and outside Canada.
